Her forward-thinking approach emphasizes collaboration, transparency, and preparing students for success in a rapidly changing world.

Jill Fitzsimons-Bula (Incumbent) — Experienced Leadership, Proven Dedication
As a current Board of Education member, Jill Fitzsimons-Bula has been a steady, thoughtful leader for Bristol’s students, families, and educators. Jill’s track record reflects her deep commitment to equity, academic excellence, and fiscal responsibility. She has worked tirelessly to support both student achievement and the well-being of Bristol’s teachers and staff, and she is eager to continue serving with dedication and integrity.

Barbara Tedesco —A Voice for Bristol Educators

Barbara Tedesco is ready to bring a voice of experience to the Board of Education. As a recently retired Bristol teacher, Barbara understands the importance of making sure every decision is made with the best interests of the students as the central focus. Her experience as a union steward and an active PTA member enables her to also understand the need for transparency and collaboration with central office, staff, and the community.
